I always have a nice and productive visit at Firestone on West 15th Street. Last time, they also checked my alignment at no charge when I had my oil changed. They’re honest and have always provided excellent service when I take my car there.

The gentleman who helped and guided us was extremely professional. His name was Latif, great person to work with. I have been coming to this location for more than 26 years. Such employees are rare, one must take care of them.

Horrible! This morning my appointment was for 7am. I get there only to be told that the tire guy doesn’t come in until 9:30am. Waist of my time already. So I leave the car because I need to get to work soon. After I’m off work early evening, I head over to pick up my car before they close at 7pm. I pay for the service of having four new tires put on my car. After leaving I stop by the gas station to fill up. As I’m waiting I take a walk around my car to have a closer look at the tires. I come to find out that the tires and wheels are all on wrong. Whoever that tire guy was working there, was a complete amateur! If I wasn’t a car guy and my attention to detail wasn’t great. I never might have noticed and just drove around for who knows how long. Thank goodness this didn’t happen to a woman. So my rear wheels are wider than the front. This tire amateur put a thinner tire on the wider wheel and then put a wider tire on the thinner wheel. It didn’t stop there, two tires were on the correct wheels. But were placed on the wrong sides of the car. Which probably isn’t the safest to drive around like this. I’ll have to take the car back tomorrow and waist more time. Sooo annoying!
